Are you facing rejection today because of one reason or another? Are you struggling to recover from a broken down relationship or a traumatic experience?
A traumatic experience could be a loss of job, friendship or bereavement.
Grieving over a loss of something or someone is acceptable for a period of time. Nevertheless, do not allow this mishap to overwhelm you for too long.
Feeling of rejection can affect your self-image or self-worth. Dependence on others for happiness can undermine your self-image or self-esteem.
Is your self worth based on the way other people perceive you or is it reliant on the acceptance of others?
We all do face rejection at some point in our lives. While some people suffer from more intense levels of rejection for longer periods, others do not.
Do not assume that you are inadequate (not good enough) when you face rejection. Other people’s perception about you do not necessarily hold true.
Rise up once again once again to relive your dreams and passions. It is never too late as long as you are not in the grave, you can start all over again.
Before you were formed in your womb, God knew you and has got a plan for you.
You are not a disaster, and He wants to give you a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29v11). You are valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows.
If God cares about even a creature as humble as a sparrow, doesn’t it occur to you that his love for you will be much greater?
You can start to deal with rejection by first of all allowing the Love of God to flood your heart.
